RED Pro 5.0 LCD image flip.

[Jesse Hunt]

This may have already been discussed and if so I am sorry. Is it possible to flip/rotate the displayed image on the LCD and if so how do you do it?

Thanks!

[Matthew Love]

We tried doing this to the EVF recently and found out there's no way to do it. Not sure if the 5" monitor is the same.

I'm not 100% sure but I think it was in an earlier Epic build but it's not in any of the builds which support playback. I'm sure RED will implement it at a future date. RedColor3 and RedGamma 3 are probably their priority at the moment.

Monitor flip isn't enabled yet in the current firmware builds, but it is under development.

Fantastic, this will make the 5.0" monitor great for handheld work.

Is there any updates on being able to flip the 5" touch LCD?

Nope, but its coming in december they said, so probably somewhere end of januari we have it
