I've successfully upgraded my Redmote in the past.
I just installed the new firmware (v3.3.14) on our Scarlet. I wanted to upgrade the Redmote, I downloaded the new firmware (v4.0.10), first surprise there is no upgrade utility, and it isn't included with the camera firmware either, I checked with the Epic version also, same.
So I tried with the upgrade utility (v24) included with a previous upgrade (v3.1.8), but the Redmote is not connecting to my MacBook Pro anymore. I tried resetting the Network connection, both manually and via DHCP, to no avail.
Any suggestions ?
I do find it odd the upgrade utility is not included.
Cheers,
Damien
