Doing a bit of spring cleaning and looking at all the gear I don't use too often. I'm usually able to switch between primes, so this lens comes on shoots but stays in the bag, despite the bad iphone pictures it is in really nice shape.

If anyone is interested i can post some R3D snapshots of the image of this next to a 35 & 50 summilux for IQ comparison.

This is a stunning lens offered at a very good price. I just bought a mint copy from the original owner in Denmark, who tested it once then put it back in the box. I had mine cinemoded by Duclos. The lens is super sharp, tracks focus perfectly and is a great, compact zoom. The build quality is on par with the best Leica R glass. Total cost for me including shipping from Denmark plus mod was about $1,600. I can't wait to shoot this guy. Granted, it's a f4. But you shoot this puppy wide open and its as sharp as it is at 5.6 or 8. And it has that lovely Leica look...
