I'm doing on-set transcodes to Apple ProRes 422. The raw footage has a scratch track from a small mic plugged into the EPIC. None of the transcodes are coming out with audio, even if I check every single audio box on the export settings. I've looked at the MOVs in a few different viewers to triple check and see if I have the wrong channel playing or something, but they appear to have no audio on them what so ever.

Anyone have any ideas as to what I'm doing wrong?

Extra details that may or may not matter:
Using Mobile Red Rocket
OS 10.7
REDCINE-X Pro 15

Adjust your audio settings next to the export video settings, usually high quality 24 bit and 48 kHz, otherwise it will not export audio, even if all the checkmarks are on.

Like this? Minus the quality.

I would adjust your quality setting to highest, save, restart redcine and create a test render, then load the file in FCP or CS6 to see if it has audio.

Are you letting the trans-code finish? the audio gets embedded at the very end of the trans-code process.

Success! Thank you!

Yes, I was letting the transcodes finish. It was the quality setting.

Its a bug for pre-existing presets when you update redcine-x pro, have to assign a value to the quality setting, or its none, which results in no audio when transcoding.
