Hey everyone I am having trouble exporting from redcine X into any format. I have tried everything including calling customer support.

Whenever I export it says that the batch is finished but not clips are in the file I exported to. I have tried every different variation of exporting but nothing works. Any help?

It happened to me today.
Gonna try reinstall RCX and see if it solves the problem.

Folks -- Which version of RCX ? If v15 or 16, and which operating system (OS X or Windows) ? If 15 or 16 & OS X, the export function works, except it puts the output where you don't expect it. If the target is /Movies/your_clip, the output file actually gets created in the next higher level directory as Moviesyour_clip. This bug has been reported. A needed delimiting "/" is currently getting dropped.

Go up one level in your directory structure (folder structure) and set Finder to "Date Modified" rather than "Name" & you'll probably find the mis-named RCX file as one of your most-recently created files.

Hope this helps --
Serge

Serge I know my files arent getting exported though because it processes for about one second and then says 100% complete. In the past 1 4k clip normally took me 3 minutes.

Also I have tried redcine 15 and 16 on OSX and it is the same problem for both.
