WORKFLOW:
1) Do a rough edit with lower quality prores files that were created using log and transfer in FCP
2) Export an xml of the rough cut from FCP,
3) Load xml into Crimson & generate Redcine-ready xml,
4) Import the new xml into Redcine,
5) First light grade the clips in Redcine & export the files as Apple ProRes HQ,
6) Load the ProRes files back into FCP & finish editing, color correcting, etc.

In order to edit the clips..audio needs to be synced to the offline prores files. What is the best method to resync the audio after the clips are graded and apple prores HQ?

Thanks ahead to all for help.

You don't have to resync anything. You're recreating the original time line. The XML should reference your original audio sources and edits. If it doesn't, all you have to do is copy the audio tracks from the original sequence into the new one.
