Old rule: "never buy version one of *anything*..."

RED are about the only company that tempt me, not just to break that rule but to stomp on the bits. Because I know they have my back... *especially* for early adopters.

This will apply in particular to the projector when it goes on sale!

Just felt it was time to say thanks guys... it's noted and not forgotten.

I usually wait for the improved version of stuff because that tells me Version 1 was a successful idea. RED's projector will be awesome from day 1 and will have modularity to boot! I hope there is also an upgrade path option to deal with RED's continual improvements. I'm all in on version 1, day 1, software release 1...

Many thanks to the RED Team for 'no regrets' and 'purchase confidence' -it means the world to us little guys trying to live our dreams in a smart way

Epic-M is a good example. I just sent mine in to get some major upgrades for free. Camera has been working fine and I'm sure any other manufacturer wouldn't bother. But not RED :-) I love this company!
