I have been working on putting together a TV show pilot about fly fishing and travel. Take a look! Some footage was shot with an Epic, some EX3 and go pro. The red footage stands out for sure!

Here is the youtube link should have the option to view in 1080P

Very nice shots! If I could critique it, it wouldn't be for the shots but more on the editing side. The first half of the video feels very different than the 2nd half, which I would consider as the "meat" of the video that you'd want to pitch to your prospective channel, etc. It almost feels like 2 different shows. The first half looks great but it also feels like something I could see on vimeo with the music and slow motion shots. Not saying they're not good but the 2nd half (around 2 minute mark) feels much more up-beat and entertaining, and what I'm assuming is what the show will be like. I would watch a show that has that feel/look to it (love the graphics). The first part doesn't give that to me and when pitching a show I would lead with your best foot forward. Give them the feel/style of the show quickly. I liked seeing the locations, the people, his personality, etc. Time is money to a lot of these people and having them sit for 2 minutes before (what I'm assuming is) how the show will look and feel could screw your chances. Maybe cut down the front to a few slow-mo shots and then go to where he's tying his flies.

Also on the first half, some of the slow-mo shots seem a little long, Iinserting more of his interview (the shot around 1:48) would be a good way to fill it in. I was waiting to see how he was on camera (another thing important in a pilot like this) and it took awhile to get there.

All my opinions. I was thinking about how to pitch a show like this (fishing in general) a few years ago and you seemed to have nailed it by putting a cool factor to it.
