  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

She's Crafty... and she's just my type

Cayan chillie peppers, particularly in a glass of water, twice a day.

Get a subways cattering platter.

But seriously, unless your healthy, many snacks are going to blunt the long term edge.

milk, very short term, long digestion time and sustained release. A2 protein milk if available, less issues, and lactose free does not taste so good, but it is all some people can drink.

Pumpkin seeds. Look down the health food shops at what they are doing and try different ones for a week each, see if they help or hinder. I'm going to say this, you might be looking at a 100% difference in your work day.

I'm surprised by all the jerky plugs! I dig that stuff too, we'll make sure to stock plenty. Growing up, I had a friend who's grandma made jerky. That stuff was awesome!

Yeah, surprised, most answers are along what I am thinking.

Coke zero, remember Jim's thread on the eviis of aspartame. ;) Can clog up your mind, even though you don't realise it.

Look, most you guys are pretty healthy by the looks of it, so what I am going to say is of limited benefit, and too a really unhealthy person it might nt make enough of and difference short term:

Firstly, fresh, nutritious soil grown salad, fresh iceberge outer lectus are good for slapping filling in and rolling up. A bit of meat, a bit of fruit, veggies and salad. Greens give omega 3 (goes up the fiid chain to wild fish, farmed can be grain read, very bad long term) anti inflamnatiry and braine, as with some vit b group, as with the fresh (active ingredient) cayan chilli pepper powder apparently (people keep it in freezer to preserve it), brown is old, colored is likely old.

Macro and Micro nutrients. A real good multi vitamin and mineral tablet, had when you have stomach avid to digest it. Magnesium is had to get, hard to digest, so the low daily requirement tablets you may only get a fraction of that. Magnesium oil on the skin (arms and legs, often stings at first) virtually all in your skin within 30 minutes. Used for glands, hirmones, enzymes (a big one when you get older, like 30-40 or something, most enzymes depleted, hence the sal and, fruute and steamed vegetables). Find it can give me a big boost, along with iron. Check other macronutrients like iron levels. Check zinc. Sulphur levels (used in cells, I use a sulphur based in formula). Get people to stand back, and go.

Coconut oil in cooking is supposed to help the testosterone levels, forget about others. Keep happy (held testosterone too) and energetic.

Wean down on sugar several weeks before might help, generally, if you don't have a need for it.

Forgot, choclate suggestion, dark chocolate, a dark suggestion, boost, but afidic on the teeth. Once tried nestlie, or cadbry's, forget, cooking chocolate buttons, pretty interesting. I forget, but might have something to do with particular oil content too, but I forget if it was high coca solids or high oil.

I have been getting pretty sick, and anything that made a big difference stuck out. Dark choclate and the like, is just on the day uplift stuff, not a lifestyle (but army apparently uses special form as a nutrutional solution for special forces over here, a lot different from normal choclate).

Fat, protein and always a gluten free option, and plenty of cold water.

Burrito truck.

You gotta have PB&J available at all times. Easy quick snack for a hungry crew member.

Louisiana + summer = hot and humid, plus lots of bugs. Snacks, as opposed to meals, are generally set out for hours. The suggestions of fresh salads and fruits are very healthful, but think about how long they can last in that environment. Would you really want to risk a production delay because someone got food poisoning? Go with snacks that do not need refrigeration and can be contained (either individually wrapped, or kept in a sealed container), like individual portions of Sun Chips, mini-boxes of raisins, or fig newtons.
