Quad module not recognized.. Cam does not boot...anyone else?

So I picked up a module adapter and quad battery module here from reduser, and I am noticing every now and again the camera does not boot up within attached. The red light for power is lit and then hit the power button and the light goes off, but nothing happens. The camera is apparently "dead", but I can reset it by disconnecting the side handle or the rear module and reconnecting, and then it will typically come back up and be fine. Has anyone else seen this wierdness? I will file a ticket with red shortly, but I am in Guatemala shooting now and I am just curious right now whether it's massive cause for concern or a firmware blip.

Are you sure the module adaptor and the module are VERY FIRMLY attached with the little torqx screw locked at the bottom. I experienced what you are describing once and it turned out that things just weren't connected firmly enough.
