Remote rec/stop options?

[Paramon Ivanovich]

I would love to have a remote rec/stop for steadicam setup, something that i can mount on my gimbal, redmote is nice, but kinda large,
is there anything available?

This works, I have it and it works well.. Not too small, but solid.. You also need the sync cable from RED to make it work..

Is there another alternative? I'd like to have something i can put on the handle of our rig.

oh men, that thing is huge,
and it's like 7x the price of the MadlyFins unit, but does the same thing, i saw that one too, but, you know..
Redmote is probably smaller, lighter and does a lot more than just rec/stop
