Jim, thank you for making the Scarlet, the most affordable professionnal 4K camera ever made. 4K at 24fps is all that I need. :)

What a hoax!! :-) I hope RED has their 25' inflatable middle finger pointed directly at the competition at NAB.

A bummer that it looks like I'll not have enough to time to have our Dubai piece ready before the deadline. Just today we started shooting EPICs underwater. So awesome!

Apart from the continually growing creative potential your cameras afford, I'm looking forward to witnessing the effects your next bout of insanity will have on the industry. I suppose having a pulse, and actually caring, is a sign of insanity in this industry.

Followed you guys with excitement from the start and was ecstatic to have been finally able to buy into the eco system with the release of your wonderful scarlet. I hope one day you will watch and enjoy one of my films and I can shake your hand and say thank you in person for the leg up you have given me.

Ahh, Jim, that makes a couple of things pop up in my writer's mind :-)

The secret is... we have no idea what we are doing. We are learning as we go. And we are just dumb enough to expose every move we make in front of God and everyone.

We shoot high... really high. 5K at 120fps in a camera the size of a matchbox. Have you seen anyone else tackle this?

We are not perfect. But we are brave. We believe that everything must get bigger in presentation. And smaller in size. And cheaper. And better.

I remember you saying about not knowing. Not everything is shown, or yet cheap, or in a match box (I'm the only one that has dared talked about a camera design in a match box before) so what are you panning Jim?

You guys can get off this con gimmick, you have some off the best and creative minds that North America has to offer (time wave the Canadian flag too alongside our brothers). You can start flexing this muscle Jim.
