  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

I'm very sadly having to sell my brand new Epic-X stage 3 package that will arrive today Fedex. Unfortunately I'm forced into this situation by a divorce settlement.

I'll consider any reasonable offers, but would prefer a US based buyer if possible.

The new owner will be responsible for any RED owner transfer fees, shipping and taxes, as applicable.

I will sell the packages unopened if the buyer requests.

The stage 3 package contains:
- 1x EPIC-X w Ti PL Mount / Side SSD
- 2x REDVOLT
- 1x DSMC Travel Charger
- 1x RED Touch 5.0" LCD
- 1x Pro Battery Module (Quad) (backordered)
- 1x Module Adaptor (backordered)
- 1x REDMOTE (backordered)

I'll ship all backordered items at my expense, within the US, as they become available.

Edit: I forgot to mention that the camera is located in Texas, so there are no import duties to pay as may be the case with purchasing from outside the US.
Secondly, to ensure a secure purchase and transition of ownership for the buyer, the unopened box will go back to RED in California first for their evaluation and transfer of ownership process, so I will only request payment in full from the buyer once RED have certified that the camera is brand new and unopened as I have advertised. The camera would then be shipped to you direct from RED. I hope this alleviates some fears for potential buyers.

It's in Texas, arrived yesterday, and will remain unopened until a buyer is found.

what is your asking price?
 
I'm open to any reasonable offers, but please bear in mind that this package costs $42,365 (before the March price increases) through the RED store, before
making your offer.

The package remains unopened and is currently still for sale. Please feel free to make any reasonable offer, bearing in mind that the value of this package in the RED store is currently almost $44,000. A US based buyer is preferred as that is where the camera is located, but as I am both a US and UK citizen, if a EU buyer were interested, I would be open to bringing into the EU, the buyer would need to pay all import duties, taxes, VAT etc. Please contact me at pdmogg (at) gmail (dot) com if interested.

Oh Man you're soo lucky to be the owner of an wonderful Epic and you're trying to sell it... how dare you! There are people around the world who are starving waiting for one and you're going to give away one so easily?

Haha! Yes the Epic is a wonderful camera, but unfortunately I have to be realistic at this point.

Yes I certainly know what you mean, I dare not open the box for fear I'll get attached!
Anyway, it's still here waiting for a reasonable offer.
 
Open to any reasonable offer, and still unopened. Hopefully the back-ordered items will be with me in the next week or so to complete the package, if RED keeps to schedule.
