OK......Heres my initial Hand Held camera setup.......
LW 15mm rods, Chrosziel clamp-on MB, Aaton Wooden Hand grip ( really comfy....i love it, just working on getting the switch to trigger the Epic run/stop)
i have ordered the AP shoulder mount which will attach to the bottom of the AP bottom plate, yes its front heavy, but i have an Easy-Rig.....and i don't leave home without it......so the balance thing is a non issue for me with the Easy-Rig.
All in all its compact and half the weight of the REDONE.......i love it

Just to confirm - you can use the Small DP monitor with HDMI input (or similar) and the evf at the same time?

Better yet, how do you format a card without Touch screen LCD?

Yes once i get my REDMOTE that will be all i use as the camera control.
I have ordered the VF Stealth side cheese plate & a shuttle mount, so it will mount were the handle would go.
In the mean time i will be using the touch screen......

Yes. The reason you cant use the Red touch with the evf at the same time is they both require the same port on the camera. Theres only 1 so your only able to run 1. SDI and HDMI are on the back of the camera's and are a separate output which can run at the same time as the evf/red touch.
