  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Do you get an email once your LCD or Side Handle ships?

Make sure that they are both actually on your order invoice. I ordered the Al Canon Mount package on 11/3 (just got my camera yesterday) and I found out that some orders early on had a problem where the LCD from the package never made it into the actual order. If you ordered the LCD as part of a package and find that it isn't listed as part of your order, then just contact your rep so that they can charge you for it and ship it out. I don't think any of the Side Handle orders had this problem.

If that isn't the case and your account info shows that you did in fact order one, then yes, just wait for your allocation email.
 
I got an allocation e-mail but never a shipment e-mail... a box just arrived one day. It was as pleasant surprise.
 
Got the allocation and then mail from fedex.
