POLL - WOULD YOU BUY THE REDMOTE PRO IF IT IS RELEASED?

[Carl Dieker]

Would you buy the REDMOTE PRO if RED decides to release it?

There are tons of products in development, but if RED will release them or not is always subject to change. :sifone:

+1 for sure

HAVE YOU CAST YOUR VOTES?

Oh yeah. Didnt see that

[Carl Dieker]

I have been trying not to loose any sleep over the uncertain future of the release of the redmote pro, but it is not that easy...

[Sergio Perez]

Well, I ordered the non pro one, and somehow hope some of the pro features will be implemented on it. I would only see me buying another red mote if it had some sort of remote live view on it. That would be really handy and could somehow be possible with wifi?

Anyway, as is, I think not. Satisfied with the non pro one.

god that redmote pro looks amazing. Also the mini primes!

[Larry McKee]

I want it to use with Nikon G series lenses.

[Peter Stadelmann]

+1 for sure, that Redmote will be amazing!

[Asif Limbada]

+1 Any day.

[Martin Widerberg]

Can't wait.
Would love to have another option too. A small formfactor à la wievfactor/bebop for easy access for your fingers mounted on the handle of the shouldermount or tripod. Muscle memory.
Any news from RED on the topic?

[Tim Lüdin]

The Redmote Pro will be the most important tool in the whole RED arsenal. This thing alone will sell some thousand epics and scarlets more per year.
I'm waiting for this thing for years now. Please bring it on.
Birger Mount on steroids.

Would be nice to get some new infos about it.

Thanks
Tim

[Troy Bakewell]

I agree with Tim. I can't wait to buy it.

I think there are two products that RED needs to bring to market to basically assure that the Scarlet is by far the best camera in it's class for the next several years. The RedMote Pro and slower/cheaper media designed specifically for scarlet users.
