Error processing frame 0 build 506

Hi; I'm on set trying to process epic footage to avid dnxhd and keep getting the old error processing image for frame 0 error. My boss swears up and down that this machine was working last week with the same settings; any fixes come to mind? We're using build 506 and quicktimes encode fine; tried changing source and destination filepaths to different volumes with no luck.

We had the same problem... Presently exporting QT with the Avid DNX codec... But it's still a long process... If anyone ever have a fix...

I have been testing this out and have been unable to reproduce the issue you both are having. Can you enable verbose logging in the preferences settings of RCX, recreate the issue and send the log files to redcinex at red dot com? Can you also include what your export settings are (which avid codec, etc...). Thanks.

Have either of you tried using the new RCX-Pro??

Having this issue, I THINK since I updated, but I have THE newest version now. Still same "error processing image for frame: 0 when I try to export in many different formats.

Thoughts?

Still digging through here to see what the resolution is, still none in here after people sent in their logs...
