Q: so I paid for a RED zoom lens via pay pal, the person has not send it and is been over 2 weeks now. I emailed him and no answer, this person is also a REDUSER member.. any suggestion?!

Get in touch with Paypal about making a chargeback for the item.

What are the details or the transaction? was it a guy sending pics of the lens and b/w photo copied receipts from overseas and selling at below 50% of cost ?

Paypal is overly good about getting back your money. You will have no problem getting it back. I personally wouldn't accept PayPal (Thanks Tim for accepting paypal last month!
