  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

I am sorry to post it here for 2 reasons:

1) I did not know in which forum department to post it - so I assume moderator will move it to the right place.
2) because it is not nicest way to talk about the other reduser - but what can I do, he does not answer emails, he does not answer phone call, he does not answer anywhere.

SO ATTENTION TO EVERYONE - THIS GUY THAT HAS POSTED ON REDUSER THAT HE WAS SELLING HIS VIEWFINDER, I MADE A DEAL AND TRANSFERED MONEY TO HIM. AFTER TWO MONTH OF WAITING HE THEN DECLARED THAT HE CHANGED HIS MIND TO SELLT HE VIEWFINDER, AND THAT HE WOULD RETURN THE MONEY. IT HAS BEEN ABOUT AN YEAR OR MORE SINCE THEN, MONEY HAS NOT BEEN RETURNED AND HE DISAPPEARED.

I kindly ask anyone who knows him, or a red team representative who deals with him, to tell him that i posted this, that if in nearest future he will not get back to me, I will put his case to international fraud investigation, and he will be more than arrested, if found, and finding him is not going to be a problem since we know which account the money was transferred to.

John Lands - I am very sorry that I had to do this, but it is only your fault.
 
A quick reduser search seems that you are not the only person looking for him.
 
I'm sorry to hear.

There is a good chance that's not even his real name.

The correct action is to involve the police if you have not already ... but in my limited experience your money is gone never to be seen again.
 
As a victim of a similar situation except I lost 15,000 I feel your pain mate! If you have the details, don't waste anymore time, go to the authorities and get a case going. Unfortunatly, you may never see the money as even if he is caught, it will mean a court case, and the only person that gets paid in court is the lawyer :( best of luck though mate, let us know how you get on !
