I just did a transfer from Redcine X from R3D 4K file to 4K Proress

R3D was 292MB Proress became 672 MB, over double the size, I thought Prorezz was suppose to be smaller size?

Also where can I download nice R3D?

Getting ready to receive scarlet, so before it gets here I have to work on the workflow.

ProRes is three channels of colour information relative to R3D Raw which is actually a single channel of monochrome Bayer info - also ProRes is a less efficient compression than Redcode.
