  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

WTB Cooke Speed Panchro SII/III 32 mm

I have a 75mm for sale if you're interested.

i have all of the speed panchros,
even the 28, 32 and 35 mm, but
these are still in BNCR mounts and
I can't find any place which does
the rehousing from BNCR to PL.
all the rest of the lenses (18,25,
40,50,70,100,200) are in mint
cine housings with PL.

Maybe any hint anyone?

Well I actually just sold my 32mm S.II in Arri Standard a month ago... They're out there... just not a whole lot.

Rehousing can be very expensive, depends what needs doing. Van Diemen used to charge approx £6000 per lens to rehouse from Arri Standard mount.

I know the prices from the last couple of companies capable to do this kind of rehousing,
wouldn't mind the price, but they are book out till 2012 and I need the lens (28 or 32 or
35) in December and January for a feature film project! That's my prob right now.
Would make any deal with anyone who's in for...
 
Van Diemen now charges about 3000 euro for the 32mm rehouse.

Has anybody done any business with VD in the last couple of years? I would be interested to hear any possative feedback, if there is any.

I talked to them a couple months ago when I was considering rehousing my set. Didn't end up getting them rehoused but they were really nice and were willing to give me an even better price than they were asking...
