This looks too digital for my taste. Maybe it's overly contrasty or color graded or too sharp. What is it? How do you get a more organic look? Older glass (k35s)? Or some filters?

It's a matter of taste... I find the color grading gorgeous. As for the "organic" look, there are plenty of film stock emulation plugins. The dops I usually work with prefer to shoot raw with less correction as possible and have all the latitude in post.
