1 - Does the camera data info show up on top and bottom of the Red 7" Monitor?

2 - Can the Red 7" Monitor be used with Camcorders and DSLRs?

3 - Is the resolution good enough for sharp focus on moving subjects?

4 - Does the use of the Monitor "and" the Red Original EVF drain the battery too fast?

5 - For studio use, do you prefer the Monitor or the EVF for keeping a good focus on moving subjects if you do NOT have a focus puller?

6 - Is there a hood-type devise available for the Red 7" Monitor that allows you to place your eyes right up against it for field use in sunlight? I'm not talking about a sunshade?

7 - Do you have any complaints about the 7" Red Monitor?

Any, and all answers or comments are greatly appreciated.

Thanks much.

REVISION on #6 - Is there a type of devise that goes over the 7" monitor that maybe has a lens system in it which will allow you to place your eyes right up to it and focus on the monitor screen? Similar to those eyepieces they make for DSLR LCD screens.

Thanks, but I guess I did not ask my question about the hood devise well enough. The Hoodman is just a sunshade.

What I meant was, is there a type of devise that goes over the 7" monitor that maybe has a lens system in it which will allow you to place your eyes right up to it and focus on the monitor screen? Similar to those eyepieces they make for DSLR LCD screens. It would be really helpful to be able to do that.

Thanks again.

BTW is there a Hoodman or similar for the RED LCD 5" PRO?
