I am trying to update the Redmote to the latest firmware, but the only operations guide I can find is for MAC?

Please help. I am starting a big shoot tomorrow morning.

Thanks.

Hi Tom

Sorry just seen this and might be a touch late.

I had the same trouble and odd that it is not in the guide...but I figured out a way for Windoows 7 (longwinded, but the only way I know)
Click start button>Right Click 'Computer' and selest 'manage' (this pulls up computer management)
Click 'device manager' and look down the list for 'network adapter'...select it.

You now should see 'USB Ethernet/RNDIS Gadget' (or something similar)...double click it. This opens the properties box...now select 'Driver' tab and on there, there should be selection box to 'update driver'...click it. It will pull up a box to update manually or search online...click te online one and the rest should be plain sailing!!!

Good luck and let me know how you get on ;)
