Resources for learning Premiere Pro and moving from FCP and Avid

Hi All,
I'm Kevin Monahan, the community lead for After Effects and Premiere Pro here at Adobe. Basically, I write the Help documentation and manage the community, as well.

I just wanted to point people new to learning Premiere Pro to a blog post I wrote called, "Getting Started with Adobe Premiere Pro (CS4, CS5, & CS5.5)."
