I just came across the Camdapter Pro Strap which appears very similar in design to the Mamiya strap we use on our EPIC-M but the Camdapter straps are less expensive. $27 for the basic model.

Plus they come in lots of different colors and materials including red (with or without rhinestones)!

We're going to try one of these out for our EPIC-X and report back here when it arrives.

Which strap is that?
The Hakuba KGB-02. Works perfect for my needs, the RED logo is just for extra bling. I wear it forward on the knuckles so I can still push all the sidehandle buttons with my thumb. Balances nice with a left side handle, I use the RED outrigger.
This is all you need. The strap is only $13, cost me about $50 total. I think I lost my warranty on the RED hat though ;-)

The pins on the Side Handle. That nylon strap loops around the bottom pin, then you feed it back up through the body of the strap, around the top pin, then back through the plastic buckle, at least that's how the Mamiya strap attaches and these look similar. I'll post a pic once I receive my Camdapter strap and get it on the Side Handle.

This is a red product I wouldn't hesitate to purchase. Great mod, Jeff!

You know it really works quite well. I saw some other posts on another thread criticizing the practically of a side handle strap, commenting that it makes the buttons impossible to push. I disagree and feel like the buttons are actually much easier to push since I don't feel like I'm going to drop the camera when I reach for a button.
The RED logo gets a lot of attention on the strap, I think RED would sell a bunch of these if they make it even better with a quick release and make it out of kevlar or something.
