Hello All,

We're shooting a multi-camera feature in NY and the RGB Histogram, RAW Level and Clip Meters all up and disappeared two hours into our shoot. In its place between "Drop Frame" indicator and RAW indicator is vacant black space. All cameras are running on the latest build, 30.7.0 with identical setting across the board. I've been through every possible feature in the menu, and for the life of me cannot figure out what has happened. This is the first instance of a problem of this nature that I have yet experienced.

Can anybody help?

There is a DISPLAY preference setting that can turn off the histogram etc, and there is a setting in VIEWFINDER that replaces the histogram with a waveform monitor, try those menus as see if this fixes the issue.

If that doesn't cure it send me an e-mail at stuart@red.com

I had the same issue I called Red and they solved it for me: you have to reset some of your settings to factory, I forget which exactly so try a few of them I guess but it worked like a charm

system, setup, display, status. Make sure it is checked. It should take away all of the bottom but check it anyway. Like stuart said there is also the viewfinder menu. Other wise try a reset of all three options under
System, maintenance, restore.
