The REDmote has suddenly started behaving strangely.

Every few seconds it disconnects and then reconnects to the camera. This happens when docked on the back or wireless.

Any ideas?

what is this guerrilla shit?

what are you doing posting here, call red support. you should know them by name.

there seems to be an elaborate scheme afoot.

Lol. Well some of us like to see if the community has quick answer.

I was planning on calling them in the morning, but maybe i should have you call them as you seem to know better. :)

Were you here when the Red's were first released? it was the same thing, quick answers from the boards are sometimes better than going through red support.

The forum is a great tool for trouble shooting but its always a good idea to follow up with RED as well :)

I submitted a ticket with support. It wasn't an urgent inquiry, which is why I didn't call Red Support.

The forums are excellent for quick answers (most of the time).

with the low post counts i assumed these requests were made up. my mistake.

this is a good place for quick answers and to document known issues.

though for this kind of thing, i would contact red about it and see what's up. they know the equipment better than anyone else, and they've seen it all i'm sure.
