Here's my first attempt at a Red Modification. My iPhone doesn't render colors nearly as well as our Red. The handles are deep red, not orange. They are the spring loaded adjustable kind, so are pretty versatile. I just hated the idea of needing to have an allen key in your pocket all the time.

Best,

me likey! where'd you get em? are they full replacements for the allen bolts or do the original bolts go through those handles?

nice work dude.

Thanks Gary. They're from a local company here in Milwaukee. This assembly replaces the existing bolt and works great right out of the box, with the addition of one small washer.

do they have smaller ones in black?

Greg,
Apparently not. The "problem" being that the bolt is relatively long, and is 1/4"-20. To the people who design and build these kinds of things, the handle needs to be a certain length and angle to allow you the proper torque.
I inquired about smaller, and maybe a different angle on the handle, but I guess this side of a custom build, they don't exist.

If they are kiplocks, yes, if not I don't know. Google Kip adjustable handles.

I have at least a dozen 1/4-20 kiplocks smaller than those. You can get the handles in plastic or Aluminum.

So if you have a 1/4"-10 screw for example, can you get it in a smaller size...and in black.
Thought being....buy 1/4" in different lenghts and combining the pieces.
That's if the male section of the rachet assembly isn't the same piece of metal as the 1/4" shaft/thread.

ps: opps...imperial is pretty weird for me. I guess I mean a shorter 1/4"-20.
