I have been shooting for a couple of months on a RED One and the camera seems to be rated at a solid 320 ASA. My camera arrived yesterday (wahoo!), but when I set my light meter to 320 ASA, the camera wants to be opened up another 4 stops. Why is my camera so much more light hungary?

My meter is set to 320 ASA at 24FPS with 180 degree shutter. That is the same settings I have been using with the other RED. I have been all through the menus on my camera and everything looks to be right; 320 ASA, 24 FPS, 1/48th shutter speed. What am I missing?
