this was a fun project, a test. a half day off at a shooting, i asked me, is it possible to shoot a whole commercial in only 3-4h? we switched on the lights, powered the red , i took my hybrid car (so the air kept fresh in the studio ;-)) polished and lighten it and we shot within 3h this images, some CGI at the end - here we are.
so what you see is a 50 dollar commercial - just the pizza for my team ;-)

Beautiful shots, but I'd guess a bit more than 50 bucks went into it.

You've got the cost of the MX'ed RED, drives, and primes. Plus the car and the studio and the computers and software that were used, not to mention the lights and I'm sure your team have all had some sort of training that is worth something (even though they may be willing to give it away for what I hope was very good pizza

i have a good friend that works in the ad dept at lexus and i just sent it to her...ill let you know what they think.

oh cool, yes. i sent it to lexus germany and got positive feedback, but in germany lexus is not a big company, because we have BMW, Audi, VW, Mercedes, Porsche etc etc...

but i am big fan of lexus and the power of hybrid drive and drive it since 4 years.
