  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

me and my partner fernando samillan from cine-7.eu picked up our Epic M.

definitly the best cam in the world.
today run and gun with Ultras, later on some nice test shootings.
thanks jim and his crazy bunch for doing things which seemed impossible.

edit: busy shooting, had only time for an iphone pic :)

Congratulations on being first in Germany in getting the best digital cinema camera in the world - period!

after the first hours with the M, i am not sure anymore if i personally want additional modules.
its so tiny as it is, that every addional stuff makes it unecessary heavier and bulkier, which you dont want.
monitoring in redlogfilm is a brand new experience in itself.
waiting for the redvolt XL now and hoping they will fit into the sidehandle...(dont know if they are bigger in size or not, hope not :)
i try to find a way to add something like the dslr belts to the body.

i am a huge fan of cinestyle setups...they work...but i am not sure if i really want to shoot in a traditional way with epic anymore...you have so much possibilities :)
epic really changes the way you want to shoot.
