Sweet looking video of the epic in action from vimeo. It had only 200 views so I had to post foe more to see.

Looks great! The kid is awesome! Love the look and feel. Thanks for posting.

Loved it! Great energy and feel. How was it graded?

Looking good, good acting. Congrats.
It could be me but it looked too flat for my taste.
I actually thought that that's a good starting point for grading but not so great as the end result...
Was it HDR?

Wow! Thanks for the compliments...

The video was just a little test Billy and I did to see how lightweight we could rig the Epic... Just a top handle used and it was great. We could have shot for hours but unfortunately we didn't bring any extra SSD's and ran out right before we got up to Hollywood Blvd. The 18-50 wasn't ideal at T3, but it's light weight is great. I actually really like this lens with a bit of light - it really got a bad rap

Didn't post the video because it wasn't intended to be any kind of picture test. No HDR - mostly iso 2000... rough best light in RCX to prores 444... then I applied some Magic Bullet look preset, tweaked it a little, and mixed it 50%

The kid is my son, Christian. I just told him to not look at the camera - he's the best.

Awesome Mark. Your son is adorable. Great test. Thank you.

Cute kid, fun Epic test!. Personally I love that flat-ish look, gives a real-ist texture to it... :-)
