I was looking for mics in a sound place years ago, and the salesman, after I said I didn't see any 416s around, told me that the Sennheiser rep had told him, "Try not to sell any of these microphones, people who buy them tend not to buy another.". So I went and bought a used one for half-price from a rental house. It had only been used on one production, just a little scratched here and there. But big productions don't like scratched equipment, I guess! They even gave me a printout of the audio characteristics so I could be sure it was OK.

Great price for the set. If I didnt already have one, I'd be all over it.

Yousuf,

I'll take the mic. What's your PP address? I should be able to pay for it tomorrow, so please consider it sold.

BTW, your PM box is full.

Thanks,

Mike
