The current price for a BRAND NEW EVF is .... 2 223,23 € ($2950 US) !!!
Do you make the confusion between USD and euros ?
 
a evf costs from red around 3100 usd inlcuding fed ex

thats around 2330 €
add another 7% for customs and you have something around 2490 €

new with garantue is cheaper....BUT this way you have it now.

--i would wait or if i can get the money back with one job then i would do it
 
Hi, and thanks for all the comments on the price. I think it will be suitable for someone in Europe in need of an EVF.

The truth is that I bought it for a particular project and now don't use it. I will be happy to sell it for €2500. This includes, of course, the original 5" Arm, Lemo cable and shipping within Europe. Alternatively, you are welcome to rent it for €60/day + shipping.

But one selling point could be immediate availability vs waitlisted from RED.
