  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Epic M8 American Tour - Production Diary

Was great to have you guys here in DC. Now I can say my car has had the pleasure of safely transporting the Epic-M! I'll post up some photos tonight.

One thing that stuck out is how a crowd quickly surrounded Ketch and his Epic only a foot away from the camera, even before the demo began. Then at the end the crowd drew even closer to the camera and nobody wanted to leave. Just goes to show what an huge impact this camera is making in the industry. See you guys at NAB. Can't wait for the Epic reel.

Yup. Looks like Epic has a stop or two in the bottom over R1 MX...

If you are still considering Seattle, here is the 10-day weather forecast. Thursday - Saturday shows good weather. I am heading to Vegas on Sunday, April 10th. You should have my gmail account if you decide to head this way.

We've actually been turning on a dime...multiple times. Instead of heading for San Francisco tomorrow, we will not be leaving until Monday. We are booked so tightly that we will most likely not be able to make it up to Seattle... :(

Thanks to every one here on Reduser for the many emails, and offers in visiting their Cities, we are sadden when we have to turn down a City,
but unfortunately we are on a limited time frame and must hit some targets for our materials and dates already promised and booked.

Thomas, we'll get in touch once in SF on monday, Nathan Garofalos is our Host in SF, and we will be shooting some crazy Aerial and possibly a cool little Short
together to give this community a sweet little surprise.

You don't want to miss NAB... ;)

So many NAB Suprises piling up. Can't believe we are only a week away. I look forward to meeting more of the RedUsers and I'd like to extend a continued thanks to Ketch and the rest of the M owners and team members (Joseph) for keeping us all updated with footage and impressions. Aside from the excitement of seeing the gorgeous Epic Footage, even more importantly I find it very inspiring to see everyone so passionate about the art while maintaining and growing a fantastic community among filmmakers :)
