I realize this might have been covered earlier, but some research didn't reveal a lot.
Could anyone please share whether it is possible (and if yes then how) to work with r3d files in Premiere CS5? I know CS5 natively supports r3d, but when it comes to grading/scaling/white balancing, as well as creating a RED sequence with 1k, 2k, etc. (just like the r3d importer plugin for CS4 lets you), I can't really find a way. Is there a similar importer plugin for CS5 (64 bit)?
Thanks in advance!

Once imported into PPro, right click the file name and select "source settings". You'' find there the things you ask for. Or, colorgrade in RedCine-X, store the color grading into a RMD file, and import the RMD-file to PPro under "Source settings".

Thank you very much, Lauri! This was very helpful!

Yes, indeed, I believe the updates have it fixed, however, I've read here some people having trouble with updates, so better not risk it) Thanks a bunch again, you really spread light on some important details.
