Selling MX waiting for Epic Question

Hello all,
I am currently enrolled in stage 2. I am selling my MX and waiting for
the Epic. This means that I cannot transfer my camera number to my
buyer until I receive my Epic. I am trying to find info about the
contract/lease agreement that I have to draw up between my company and
the buyer. This contract must protect my right to still receive the
epic and make me an official intermediary between the buyer and Red in
case repairs to the camera are needed. It must also state that the
camera number will be transferred to them upon my receipt of the epic.
Does anyone have a contract they'd be willing to show me? If not, any
advice is appreciated as to terms/conditions of said contract.
