I have footage from earlier films and I can play it without any problems in Premiere CS5. The problem is however with my most recent footage, it works fine in Redcine-x, but I can play it in Premiere for some reason, all it shows is a gray box when I try to load it in the source monitor, and also when I single-click one of the files in the project list it only shows a gray frame.
If I try double-clicking it again Premiere will crash if I don't wait for a long time, but either way, I never get anything but a gray frame.
I've tried to reinstall Premiere and the whole CS5, but it's still the same problem. I don't know what the reason can be, the footage that actually works from the other films I've made still works fine, and it was all recorded in 4K 16:9... I don't know if it could be the Redcode or whatever that is different, I'm not good at that stuff.
If you have any ideas of a solution or what the problem may be, please share it, it's urgent! Thanks
