Need to connect B+W FCP sequence w/ orig R3D color files?

I shot a film in 4k, set to black and white in camera and have cut the film using the B+W ProRes. Now I would like to take my sequence and connect it back with the original R3D files so I can see what the film looks like in full color.

Is there a way to do this without reconverting all my media to the color ProRes422 versions in Log and Transfer? I would really prefer to just convert the clips in the sequence bc its a 40min sequence.

Pretty simple to do in Redcine X.
Import your FCP XML or EDL into Redcine. Set saturation back back to 1.00, create a new look preset and apply that look to all clips in timeline. Enjoy your sequence in color and adjust at your discretion.
