Amazing!!!

I'm already testing @ 192 fps even more slow-down version...

Download full version of the clip from Vimeo

and then try out using VLC player with the speed playback adjustment slower @ 0.50x.

Also mute or turn off the new slowed down version of Wagner's music if makes you dizzy...

Absolutely fantastic!!!

[Norbert Niederacher]

Woooooooooow!

[Graeme Nattress]

Fantastic!

[Tom Lowe]

Graeme, your math is poetry, man.

[Sven Seynaeve]

Lot's of detail in there, smooth.

could'nt resist to review your rapture trailer, which is incredibly amazing as well,
would love to see the full version

[Paul Lee]

That's bad ass!

[Julio Quintana]

Man, I would love to see that on a big screen.

[Tom Lowe]

Yeah, 4K projection.

[isaac williams]

100% shot on a Duclos 80-200mm PL Nikon conversion.

From 1:13 to 1:20 on the right hand side, in the middle (top to bottom), what is up with the artifacts in the background? Is that Vimeo compression?

P.S. It is really beautiful too. Just trying to understand what I see.

[Taylor Morrison]

Hot diggity! Now if only he would make mine. That's some music to my ears. I'll assume it covers the full 5K? Ohh and thanks for sharing the spectacular footage...really!

Thanks again

Taylor

[Michael Mayda]

Um, just spectacular. Fabulous scene, magnificent players. And a great eye behind an epic imaging device...

Very, very nice. It's such a shame that H.264 compression does that to such wonderful images..

[Michael Millichamp]

Beautiful. I was stunned the whole time. Great work!

[Peter Chang]

Man, I would love to see that on a big screen.

I just watched it on a 13ft screen with an ISF calibrated reference JVC 1080p projector with 50,000:1 native on/off contrast, and it is utterly jaw-dropping! WOW! :w00t:

I can't wait to see Tom's work projected in 4K on a 100ft IMAX screen.

[Peter Chang]

People really need to see this footage projected (even at 2K) to grasp the paradigm shift here. Now we just need quality 4K projectors that cost less than $150,000!

[TedRed]

wow... fantastic!

and hey... I know a guy, who knows a guy that has access to a nice bright T420 4k projector and a 40 foot screen when you are ready to see it in all it's glory
