  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

kinda what I was thinking...I wonder if a few more similar type of Pro Res recording units might appear at NAB...

I'd rather have a modular RED version - but it's not clear if that's in the cards or not - or when...

I'm pretty sure that I will want this functionality with my darling little 8x fixed SCARLET, whenever it appears...
 
In specs its says;
1 Removable 2.5 SATA SSD (unit comes with 128GB SSD Drive)

Nicole, I was waiting for you guys to do this 5 years ago so I could put a sony HD box camera in an underwater housing ( for those that may not know - Fast Forward started making SD compact hard disk recorders back in the 90s) - then I stumbled into the Red booth at NAB 2006. The rest is history. :-)
