I just received my wireless system combined with the 10" daylight viewable monitor and I must say that I'm impressed. The image is beautiful, rock solid and very bright. The package is amazingly lightweight and I'm impressed with everything Jacek put together. I know that this was something that I could have tried to build out myself but I doubt that I would have done anywhere near as nice of a job. It's very well thought out, compact, lightweight and looks fantastic.

To my friends here that also are my customers. Your feedback is invaluable.
This was a real fun project and it became a very cool product.
I guess the tech is ready now for light weight, low power, hi resolution, low cost wireless video.

This thing works great. Hardly adds any weight to the camera. In fact, I think the bracket weighs more than the transmitter. I didn't need the portable monitor. I just wanted to send a signal to video village. Since I mount the monitor on a c-stand, I picked up a VESA wall mount from Frys and Velcroed it to the back of the monitor. The receiver slides on and then back off for transport. As long as you send sound to the camera, you have the option of plugging in headphones to the monitor for wireless audio. Can't imagine living without it.

Any chance you or someone else could make a lemo power cable so it can be powered from a steadicam j-box? My ptap is all the way at the bottom of my sled

So... Any news ?
Is anybody using this ? How well does it work ? Any issues ? Is it even shipping ?

I'm a bit surprised by the lack of feedback on these units...

Thanks :)

i've had mine for about a month now and it's great. i can post a full review once i use it myself for a real shoot in the near future. for now, i've been renting it out and all my customers tell me it's worked great for them. i use it with the dp-6, viewfactor knob and birger mount as a follow focus.

I'm loving mine. I bought the 10" Daylight viewable model and hand it to a client when I'm on the Segway. It's extremely lightweight, has a stable image and looks great. My only complaint is battery power and charge time but I believe that Jacek is working on that now. I like the fact that it's a very compact package that's definitely had some thought put into it. I can't hand my client something that looks like a cable tv box with a bunch of wires dangling off of it. I think it's a great tool, and my clients are loving it.
