  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Vm RAW not working/ wont changing to colour?

Hi guys?

Redcode 32,
RED set 4K for 16:9

Once we connected audio into ch 1 with a jam sync timecode we lost the ability to change from raw to colour. We have tried changing the user button for colour from the viewfinder to the camera body but it still does not work. Anybody have any ideas?
 
You need to go to the View menu and select "Redcolor". This should then re-enable the user assigned button.
