3/8th adapter plate

trying to adapt a non red camera to an ET hybrid bridge plate. But it was built for RED, and has 2 3/8th screws. anybody know of an adapter plate, thing and light that let's say, bottom back has dual 3/8th threads, and the upper portion has screws that are 1/4th and 3/8th like on other HD cameras?

You could always have a machinist mill one out of 3/8" aluminum flat stock or why not back out the 3/8" bolts and put in 1/4" x 20?

yep def looking into that. but don't know if a product actually exists already, always gotta check
