Hello,

I need a solution to put my RED, with LCD, a couple batteries and a few other accesories in and carry it on my back. What would you recommend ?
I going to have a project up on the mountains and I need to be as mobile and practical and fit everything in as little space possible.
I'd like to hear what other practices or equipment you use that makes your life easier in these situations.

Thanks.

During a shoot in China I had to repack a kit so I could haul it through the mountains. I happen to have a Vertex 300 with me for all the SLR gear I needed for the shoot.

I was able to pack the body and a Panavision Primo lens and battery hardware and CF cards. No MB or FF. It fit and worked but the gear was stripped down to only what I needed.

It will work great for an Epic or Scarlet - hands down. My Vertix has been all through China, Hong Kong, Bali, and India. It rocks.

I have a KATA Grizzly 4. I can put the MX in there, entirely built, and backpack it anywhere. Freekin awesome. My bag is a prototype. I've had it for 6 months, though, so it must be in production by now. Maybe you can call KATA and ask. The Grizzly 3 looks similar.

hey thanks for the suggestions and links. i'll check them out.
