I am working with a company that has developed an affordable
Projector for Color Critical Post Work. Uses a VIZ/SIM Color Wheel
accepts LUTS and can be precisely calibrated for color critical work.

Post Houses already use their 1080P Projectors for grading, and they are also used in some of the most advanced scientific imaging applications on the planet, so quality is not an issue. The DLP Dark Chip technology is also identical to that being used in Christie's. This is just a much smaller form factor designed for smaller post house environments and rooms.
This beyond 2K Projector is not shipping until Q4 2010, (Oct/Nov) so there is plenty of time to save up. If people give me some preliminary interest, I can get a firm price and will reveal full details.

I may use it in one of my threads. Some people seem to have an irresistible urge to publish why someone's idea sucks (for them)! I doubt if I will have the kind of budget for one of these, but it is nice to know about options for my clients and/or the reduser community.
