Something I cooked up at the request of a member of fxphd.com (respect), and thought it might also be useful to people who deal with transcoding image sequences.

frameSupply is simple. Render an image sequence to the wrong location? Rendered multiple sequences to the same directory and now looking at 1000s of files? frameSupply is a simple tool that lets you select 1 frame from a sequence, drag it onto a droplet, and automatically create a new directory based on the name of your file, and move all frames from the same sequence to the the new location.

The beauty is the app is actually setup to let you select any frame in a sequence, even if you have differently named sequences in one folder. . .

. . .drag these frames onto the app, and end up with this:

I will be making a more formal post on my site, but I really like the Reduser community and thought it could be useful to people that can benefit from any workflow improvement, even if it is a simple one.

Please use this with some caution, and make sure to test it out before trying to use it in an important production. ONLY SELECT ONE FRAME OF ANY PARTICULAR SEQUENCE, you don't want a folder for every single frame.

Enjoy. Any questions please email at the support email on andoru.labs

Thank you!

Let me know if there are any suggestions. I may try to resolve some of the issues by building in some error/protection from using it the wrong way.
