  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Gobi Desert!!!

i was pretty scared through the whole thing... haha.

very nice work.

this reminds me so much of backcountry snowboarding... i guess they're not that different at all.

Sert, Canon 5DII if i remember right. Paul you nailed it, what it reminded you of, is exactly what the athletes were on the hunt for.

Thanks guys for the responses. My world of cinematography doesn't interest most people on cinematography forums. Cheers

Don't let the biker's mother's see this video....

I hope they had a medical team with them?

Not sure what you mean by "slider shots"? Both RED's on that project were M not MX. Hope that helps.

Medical teams would be nice but you might be shocked at how many expeditions have only the basics when it comes to medical help. This was somewhat manageable. We could drive to Turpan, China if shit hit the fan. Not exactly where you want to go if your broken but it's something.

This is kick-ass Dustin! Like Paul said...reminds me of the snowboarding vibe too. Making just a little more effort to get into that remote place so you have awsome terrain for yourself. Really nice vibe of exploration. Best thing about it is a flawless image, absolutly clear.

Awe inspiring, very well done.
