exporting: exr and dpx and QT

I have a .r3d file shot on on Red MX build 30.50. No matter what export type I choose I get a repeat of frame 1 every other frame and the in between frame is pixel noise. Is this Red build supported on Storm1.0v1b2? The original r3d is 4k 16X9 and I am scaling to 1920X1080. Just picked up Nuke X and Ocula here at AXYZ. Lots of fun and stuff to test.
